How long will it take for my voucher pack to arrive?
Voucher packs are printed on the day of the order being placed and despatched by first class post, as long as the order is placed by 11.30am. Orders placed after 11.30am will be printed and posted the next working day by first class post. We ask customers to allow 4-5 working days for delivery of a voucher pack, but the vast majority will arrive well within this time. Special delivery is available at a cost of £6.50. Special delivery guarantees next day arrival (before 12.30pm) as long as the order is placed by 11.30am. Orders placed after 11.30am will be sent by Special Delivery the next working day.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 28 days and we will happily arrange a full refund. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order. Refunds will be given no later than the 28 day period from the date of purchase and only on receipt of a Funday voucher, complete with the tear-off supplier receipt. Refunds cannot be issued once a date has been booked with a supplier.

How do I book my experience?
Included in your Funday voucher pack will be a list of all the suppliers at which you can book your experience, along with contact details and telephone numbers you will need in order to contact the suppliers directly and book. On our activity information pages you will find a list of locations, as well as all the restrictions and the days of the week that the activity is available. Funday are not able to provide contact details or supplier addresses in any other form than the information sheets provided within the voucher pack, and these information sheets are not available until a purchase has been made.

Where can I book my experience?
The available locations for each of our activities are listed on our activity information pages. These pages are kept constantly up to date, so if a new location becomes available it will be added immediately. Also, from time to time locations may be discontinued at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We ask you to please refer to these activity information pages before you place an order for a voucher, as the list of locations displayed on the website is the full list of locations that are available and for which you will be given contact details in your Funday voucher pack.

Can Funday cater for large group bookings?
Funday.com works on an individual basis, where vouchers are booked direct with suppliers after purchase. In order to make a group booking you would need to place an order for the number of vouchers needed to cover your group size, and then contact your chosen supplier and book all of the vouchers for the same time and date. Maximum group sizes for each of our activities are available in the restrictions section of our activity information pages. We regret that Funday are unable to enquire about large group bookings on a customers behalf and that group bookings must be made direct with suppliers in the same way as an individual booking would be.

How long will my voucher be valid for after purchase?
Vouchers are valid for a minimum of nine months (not including seasonal special offers) after purchase and the expiry date can be found on the bottom right hand side of the Funday voucher near the Voucher Number. Please take note of activity seasons as some experiences are not available all year round and this will affect the dates which you are able to book with your Funday voucher. Activity seasons are listed on our activity information pages so please refer to these before you place an order.

Can I extend the validity of my voucher?
Voucher extensions are not available. Vouchers must be booked, and experiences carried out before the expiry date printed on your Funday voucher. Please take note of activity seasons before you order a voucher as vouchers not booked by the expiry date will be lost.

What dates are available for me to book my experience?
Exeriences must be booked direct with suppliers. Once an order is placed, all contact details for the available experience locations are provided. Due to the direct nature of the experience bookings, Funday are unable to check any dates or availability on behalf of customers. Seasonal restrictions and availability guidelines are included in the activity information pages on the Funday website. Any more detailed information will be provided by the supplier upon request from the customer. Supplier contact details will be provided in the form of information sheets included in your Funday voucher pack and are only available once a purchase has been made.

Why do Funday not offer a telephone service?
We are an internet retailer and are focused on delivering exciting experiences at the best prices. In order to keep prices low we are not able to offer a telephone call centre service. Instead we have invested in technology to ensure information about an experience is available online and queries are handled via email. We believe this is the best approach as an internet retailer and hope you will appreciate the benefits.

I am trying to buy via the 'You at Work' web page and getting an error?
Please open the Funday website in a new browser window without the You at Work header at the top of the page as this header is what sometimes causes payment errors with some internet browsers. Enter the You at Work promotional code given on the You at Work website on our checkout pages to claim your discount.

I wish to purchase for three people, but the vouchers are sold for two. How do I add the extra person?
As a value service we only offer set packages. To purchase for three, you would need to purchase two vouchers for two people.

I am considering buying more than one voucher, would you offer a discount if I were to buy more than one voucher?
We already offer the best value on our experiences and we are not able to offer discounts on multiple orders, other than the seasonal offers that will be advertised on our homepage at various times throughout the year.

You sell packages for one person, how do I bring another person along and take part together?
You would need to purchase two vouchers and make the booking for both voucher holders at the same time with the same supplier.
