Day Sailing
Product code: FUNCY
Enjoy a great day learning to sail.
On arrival you will be offered refreshments and given a safety briefing and an introduction to the yacht by your skipper. The yacht will then motor down the picturesque Beaulieu River setting sail towards the open sea. You will be shown how to wind winches, handle sails and ropes, and steer a course and you will be expected to take an active part in sailing the yacht. The yacht will arrive at the Isle of Wight at around lunchtime, where you will have an hour or so ashore to explore the busy town of Cowes, home of the world famous sailing regatta. On your return the yacht will sail out of Cowes and head back towards the Solent and the Beaulieu River.
