There is something fun and natural about finding a route, getting to grips with rock and making progress against the obstacles it presents. 5 feet or 50 feet off the ground - the moves are the same but it is what's in your head that makes all the difference. Welcome to the high adrenaline world of Rock Climbing.
This is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of Rock Climbing. The session will be tailored to your ability and aspirations. With a qualified local guide you will scale the rock face and depending on location you may have the chance to abseil back down. There is an enormous sense of achievement so don't forget your camera or your friends will never believe you! The type of rock will vary depending on location.
When can you go?
Selected Monday to Sunday dates, all year.
How long does this activity last?
The whole activity will last for approximately 3-4 hours.
What you need to know?
To participate in this activity you must be at least 18 years old.
This activity can be tiring but does not require a high level of fitness. Concern over medical/ health issues should be checked before purchase.
No experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity.
You and how many others?
There will be a maximum of nine people in your group, though there may be other groups on the day.
Family and friends
You are welcome to bring family and friends to watch you take part in this activity.
