Pole Dancing Session
Product code: FDAYQ
Five years ago pole dancing was still very much 'tongue in cheek', but now it's increasingly becoming the chosen form of exercise and fun for women all over the world. Hailed as the latest alternative to aerobics, it improves muscle tone and flexibility. The skill required to move around on the pole improves posture and deportment. And carrying the body better instantly makes you look slimmer.
Forget hours spent sweating out in a gym, pole dancing builds lower body muscles, improves your strength and suppleness and is a great way of exercising the heart. There are numerous other benefits which means it is catching on as a pastime too. Any excuse to get dressed up in a glitzy outfit has to be good! Partners are guaranteed to be supportive of this new exercise fad. Want to give it a go but feeling nervous? Believe us, every one is in the same boat when you try your first spin in front of strangers. You'll be surprised how learning a new trick on the pole is an instant confidence boost, but most of all how fun it is!!
